WHAT WE DO
The Focus of Our Efforts
BRIDGE EDUCATION / LITERACY
Effectively assess and bridge needs for individuals of different ages, genders, races and ethnicities for long-term progress of the individual and the community.
We strive to bridge the skills, technology, financial, and transportation gaps of clients of all ages. As a “bridge” INSPIRED will lay the foundation for personal growth for each client by assessing and addressing individual needs.
WIFI / CONNECTIVITY
We are securing a mobile WiFi/classroom. We see this as the greatest need in many communities due to no internet access. This would also enable us to use community facilities (buildings) that do not have internet, with greater success and thereby increase our ability to become immersed in each community we serve.
COLLABORATION
We plan to collaborate to leverage existing community resources, businesses, and community organizations within our geographic region.
We have established relationships with the Caswell Chamber of Commerce, Southern Caswell Ruritan, the NC Cooperative Extension of Caswell, and Piedmont EMC.
EMPLOYABILITY
Helping all ages prepare for a successful career is a priority.
Data shows 82% of our population are not workforce ready.
We plan to provide assistance with skills ranging from basic reading & math to technology.
Expected outcomes include improved farm prosperity, educational attainment, off-farm income, employment rate, median household income, and community viability.
